A little about me

Hi! I'm Juan Pablo, a Mobile Developer based in Valencia, Spain, with a Computer Science degree and a passion for building polished, well-structured native apps on both platforms.

I develop Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, and iOS apps with Swift and SwiftUI — always applying Clean Architecture, solid design patterns, and a strong focus on code quality. Currently working at Mercadona IT.

A personal investment portfolio tracker built with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform, running as a native desktop app. You import your broker transactions from a CSV, and Rendita turns them into a full picture of your portfolio: current allocation, money-weighted returns, benchmark comparisons and forward-looking projections — all shared from a single Kotlin codebase.

Highlights from the screens: a Markets dashboard with money-weighted returns (YTD, 1Y, 3Y & 5Y annualized) and since-inception invested vs. current value and total gain; benchmarking that plots your portfolio against MSCI World, S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Euro Stoxx 50, MSCI EM, Gold and Bitcoin, plus year-by-year returns; a Composition view with an allocation donut and a stacked allocation-over-time chart (€/% toggle, 1M–MAX ranges); a Monte Carlo simulation projecting future value from 2,000 scenarios bootstrapped from 120 months of history, with adjustable horizon and monthly contribution and pessimistic/median/optimistic outcomes; a Transactions screen with CSV upload; and System / Light / Dark theming.
